5 Ways to “Gamify” Engagement


Fact: 71 percent of organizations rank employee engagement as being very important to organizational success[i]. Despite this lip service, companies struggle to put this principle into action.

A recent Gallup study shows that only 31 percent of employees feel engaged at work – with 51 percent disengaged and 17.5 percent actively disengaged. The least engaged workers are Millennials.
