According to a new white paper from Alliant Credit Union, 40 percent of employers now offer financial wellness programs. Given the impact financial stress can have on both physical well-being and workplace productivity, employers are recognizing the growing need to help their employees on the financial front. The most common aspect of these programs according to survey respondents has been retirement planning, medical and health care cost planning programs, confidential self-assessments, tracking tools, among others. Fewer adults planning to look for new job this year according to ASA survey

Results from a new American Staffing Association (ASA) survey suggest that 6 in 10 adults are not planning to seek a new job opportunity this year. Work-life balance and job flexibility rank higher than pay or wage potential in regards to what employed adults most value about their current jobs. Read more at
