Davetta Rinehart, Human Resources Officer at the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA will tell you that the way HR can have the most impact in an organization is by enabling the team to do great work. By developing leaders with the skills and experience needed to do their job, Davetta ensures they are engaged in the values and mission of the YMCA. Davetta’s team believes that HR is about people, because people make the organization. It’s ultimately the people at the YMCA who uphold their values to serve the community.
