Since the news of Coronavirus first broke, Ceridian’s focus has been on protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, families, customers, suppliers and our communities, as well as to ensure our ability to continue business operations. Like most organizations, our emphasis has been on preparedness.
As a leading corporate citizen, we have a responsibility to do everything we can to help those who are vulnerable and most at risk (older adults and people who have serious chronic medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease) in our community. This includes playing our part in social distancing and reducing community transmission.
Our workforce and key functions are geographically dispersed across facilities, ensuring continuous support should there be a concentration of COVID-19 cases in a particular region. Ceridian’s Risk Management team is closely monitoring this global health event. We are following the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), and are implementing the following precautionary measures:
