Ceridian recognized in Bloomberg GEI for gender equality in the workplace

Ceridian was named to Bloomberg’s 2022 Gender-Equality Index, which recognizes companies that nurture inclusive work environments, support evolving employee needs, and demonstrate a competitive edge gained through gender diversity. The Index includes companies across 50 industries, headquartered in 45 regions. Qualifying criteria included an in-depth analysis of environmental, social, governance data available to investors. A strong focus on diversity across all levels of the corporation is critical for the future of work and meaningful change.

           

Ceridian is Great Place to Work Certified in 2019 for Fifth Consecutive Year

The Great Place to Work® Certified™ recognition is based on employee feedback, provided as part of an anonymous survey about the workplace culture and experience. Ceridian is certified as a Great Place to Work in Canada and the U.S. for the fifth consecutive year. In 2019 Ceridian Canada was also included on lists for Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness, Best Workplaces for Giving Back, Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces for Inclusion, and Best Workplaces in Technology.

Ceridian is honored with Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards

The Employees' Choice Awards program, determined entirely by employee feedback shared anonymously on Glassdoor, recognizes employers who hold the highest ratings for employee satisfaction, career growth, compelling salary and benefits, positive workplace culture, inspiring leadership, and an attractive work-life balance. This year, Ceridian ranked as a Top 25 Employer in Canada, from nearly 45,000 Canadian companies listed on Glassdoor. CEO David Ossip also won a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award in 2018, honoring top CEOs in Canada.

Ceridian Named to Canada’s Top 100 Employers List for 16th Consecutive Year

Mediacorp chooses Canada’s Top 100 Employers annually based on a wide variety of criteria including; a workplace’s culture, salary and benefits, vacation and leave policies, and community and charitable involvement. Ceridian was selected for programs promoting a flexible and inclusive workplace culture, while also encouraging employees to give back to their local communities through Ceridian Cares, their employee driven charity.

Ceridian Awarded Global EDGE Certification for Gender Equality in the Workplace

Economic Dividends for Gender Equality (EDGE) is the leading global and business certification standard for evaluating corporate commitment to gender equality. At the global level, Ceridian earned the EDGE ASSESS level of certification after a rigorous third-party evaluation measuring the gender balance, equal pay for equivalent work, effectiveness of policies and practices and the inclusiveness of the culture. Ceridian is also the first publicly traded company to receive the second level of EDGE Certification, EDGE MOVE, for its U.S. operations.

These prestigious awards from Working Mother magazine reinforce Ceridian’s longstanding commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable, and fulfilling workplace experience that creates meaning and purpose for all. 2019 CIPP Winner for well-being and employee engagement award

Ceridian Europe Wins Well-Being and Engagement Award by CIPP for Second Consecutive Year

The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals awarded Ceridian Europe with a Well-Being and Employee Engagement Award for the second year in a row. This award recognizes wellness programs that enhance employees’ work and personal lives. Ceridian is pleased to be recognized for investing in employee wellness, as it contributes to a positive workplace culture, fosters innovation, and boosts productivity.

LEAD ranked Ceridian’s employee Talent Investment Program in third place for Best Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs. Ventana Research Recognizes Dayforce customer, Bargain Hunt, with 2019 Digital Leadership Award in Human Capital Management

The Ventana Research Digital Leadership Awards recognize individuals and companies that have championed improvements across their people, processes, information, and technology. Bargain Hunt was recognized for driving change across its workforce by leveraging Dayforce, Ceridian’s global cloud HCM solution, to help the organization optimize its recruiting and people management processes.

The Gold Medal from Software Reviews marks Ceridian’s status as the leading vendor in Software Reviews’ Data Quadrant in Human Capital Management. Unlike traditional software awards, Software Reviews Data Quadrant Awards evaluate and rank products based on feedback from technology and business leaders as well as end-users.
