As Executive Vice President, Implementation, Adrian is responsible for the operations, growth and strategy of the Implementation team. He has extensive industry experience building high-performing teams, and uses proven cloud methodologies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Ceridian in January 2014, Adrian spent 10 years at Netsuite, where he was most recently the Vice President of Professional Services, managing the Retail, Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing verticals. While at NetSuite, Adrian was responsible for the successful completion of over 2,500 projects.
Before NetSuite, Adrian provided enterprise-level ERP consulting for strategic accounts for the Baan Company.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate AIT diploma from the Information Technology Institute.
Arthur Gitajn is Chief Financial Officer at Ceridian. He is responsible for the company’s global financial strategy, financial planning, and reporting and analysis, as well as tax, treasury, purchasing, and investor relations.
Arthur has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting and is a Sells award winning CPA. Prior to joining Ceridian in October 2016, he served in senior financial management positions at SAP in Canada and Europe. Arthur has also served as CFO of Workbrain and Intentia.
Arthur earned a M.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He also has an Institute of Corporate Directors designation from the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
Chris is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Ceridian, leading the team in servicing customers in HR, payroll, tax, managed services and Dayforce. In this role, he incorporates innovative approaches to customer support backed by strong operational discipline to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Chris joined Ceridian in 2004, holding a number of commercial and operational leadership roles during his tenure. His experience with Ceridian has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the HCM marketplace and an accurate perspective on specific customer needs. Chris’ involvement in building Ceridian’s customer support team in the US has been instrumental in the overall success of the organization and its reputation for customer service excellence.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
David Ossip is the driving force behind the innovation, vision and leadership at Ceridian, one of the fastest growing global Human Capital Management technology companies.
Previously, David founded Dayforce - a highly successful SaaS-based workforce management software company - which was acquired by Ceridian in 2012. Since then David has led the transformation and renewal of Ceridian, with a focus on the Dayforce HCM offering. In 2013, David became the CEO of Ceridian and in 2015, its Chairman.
David is the recipient of many awards for his leadership, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation. David was also named to Canada’s Top 40 under 40. In 2017 David was awarded Canada’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership by Waterstone Human Capital. David has also been named as one of the Highest Rated CEOs by Glassdoor, and Ceridian one of the Best Places to Work in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
David holds a M.B.A degree from Harvard Business School.
Erik Zimmer is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Ceridian, a position he has held since August 2018. As the Chief Strategy Officer Erik is responsible for Ceridian’s global strategies including go to market, PowerPay, Business Development and strategic budgeting and planning.
Erik has extensive experience in finance, operations, innovation, sales and strategy. Prior to joining Ceridian, Erik served as a managing director of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., and as an operating advisor for numerous Fortune 1000 organizations. Since 2011, Erik has acted as a strategic advisor of Ceridian, and had deep involvement in the design and build of our Dayforce Activate technology that led to a significant reduction in implementation cycle times for our customers.
Erik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. He received his Master of Engineering (MEng), Design and Operations Management degree from McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University and his MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwest University.
Jim Jensen is Senior Vice President of Global Partners & Alliances at Ceridian, responsible for leading the company’s global partnership network and supports its expansion into new markets. He joined Ceridian in June 2016, and currently manages: advisory relations, software alliances, broker relations, master business agreements, private equity and channel partners.
Prior to Ceridian, Jim held senior technology alliance, CIO and software development positions at Ultimate Software. A seasoned executive with a strong background in financial management as well as business and software development and strategic planning, Jim has presented nationally at IHRM, APA, SHRM. He’s also presented at Microsoft's Developer Conference and other technology conferences on topics such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Technology Trends, HR Technology and Corporate Branding, Company Culture and the Changing Workforce.
Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University and a B.A. from Clemson University.
Kristina Cleary is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ceridian. She leads the global marketing organization and is responsible for demand generation, market leadership and positioning, content marketing and events.
Prior to becoming CMO, Kristina was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Under her leadership, the team expanded sales pipeline growth through marketing activities by over 50 percent, year-over-year. Previously she served as the Vice President of Marketing at Dayforce where she successfully led the go-to-market strategy and execution including lead generation efforts in support of the company’s business objectives. Prior to Dayforce, Kristina held senior marketing positions at Workbrain and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kristina has been recognized by both peers and influencers for her success in rebranding Ceridian, increasing marketshare and for her contributions to notable employee engagement. She has received several leadership awards including an American Business Award, a Golden Bridge award and a Best in Biz Award for Marketing Executive of the Year in 2017. Kristina was also named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women in 2017 and a Top 300 HR Influencers to Watch.
Kristina earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Adelaide, South Australia.
Leagh Turner is the President of Ceridian, a position she has held since August 2018. In this role she is responsible for Ceridian’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Strategic Partnerships and Alliances.
Leagh is a seasoned global technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the software industry, and a proven ability to drive growth with an eye toward creating high performing teams focused on optimizing value realization for customers. Prior to joining Ceridian, she served in many senior leadership roles within SAP over the last decade, most recently as SAP’s Global Chief Operating Officer, Strategic Customer Program, and previously as SAP’s Chief Operating Office in EMEA and Canada.
Leagh is a strong advocate for the advancement of women in leadership and was recognized as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women at the Women’s Executive Network Top 100 Awards in 2016. She is also a Board Member of Plan International Canada—a large global not-for-profit which focuses on improving the lives of the world’s children.
Leagh is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. She lives in Toronto, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two energetic boys.
Lisa Sterling is the Chief People and Culture Officer at Ceridian, focused on executing the organization’s global people strategy combined with leading the vision on the Dayforce Talent Management offering.
Lisa has many years of successful execution in people, program, process and software design and execution. She has a broad range of expertise covering the entire people experience as well as talent management technology. Prior to Ceridian, Lisa ran the Talent Technology Solutions organization for Mercer. A recognized thought leader in the market and to Ceridian’s clientele, Lisa has a true passion for people and products.
In her spare time Lisa can be found on the sidelines of one of her three daughter’s soccer games, lacing up her shoes and going for a run or relaxing by the water with her husband.
As CTO, Ozzie leads all Research and Development and Product Management functions at Ceridian. He is focused on best practices, excellence and innovation in product delivery. He has lead the design and development of Dayforce HCM, the award winning single application for human capital management.
Ozzie has extensive experience developing Human Capital Management applications coupled with deep analytical financial data applications. Prior to Ceridian, Ozzie was a founding member of Dayforce and Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to Dayforce, Ozzie held a number of senior Research and Development positions at Infor, Workbrain, Sybase, Longview Solutions and Syndesis where he was responsible for the design and development of robust, highly scalable applications.
Ozzie holds an honors Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Paul Elliott is Ceridian’s Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, he is responsible for Ceridian’s global operations, implementation and professional services, customer support and information technology.
Paul joined Ceridian Canada in 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer and shortly after added Chief Operating Officer of Ceridian Canada to his responsibilities, leading the business for a period of sustained growth and award-winning employee engagement. In 2013 he became Chief Operating Officer at Ceridian, playing a key leadership role in the successful integration of the Dayforce business and consolidating of North American operations. In 2016 he became President of Ceridian, a position he held until August 2018.
Paul began his career at Ernst & Young. Since then he has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in a variety of senior financial and operational roles, specializing in corporate development and CFO positions for technology based organizations.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Ross Tracey is the Managing Director at Ceridian Europe. He is responsible for Ceridian operations in Europe, including services and customer support.
Ross, who joined Ceridian in 2009, became Chief Technology Officer for Ceridian UK in 2011. In this role, he oversaw UK R&D, Implementation, and Information Technology and was accountable for bringing Dayforce to Ceridian’s UK customers.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Ross worked at Bluerock Consulting and KPMG where he provided technology consultancy to leading organizations in the financial services sector. He holds a BSC in Psychology and a post graduate diploma in Information Technology from City, University of London.
Scott Kitching is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian HCM, Inc., responsible for the management of all legal affairs for the company. Scott joined Ceridian over 10 years ago as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian’s Canadian affiliate, Ceridian Canada Ltd., and was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ceridian HCM, Inc. in 2013.
In his role as General Counsel, Scott oversees a team of lawyers and legal staff, responsible for the negotiation of customer, third party supplier and vendor contracts, litigation management, intellectual property matters, corporate governance, compliance, employment law and all other legal areas. Scott also plays an active role in Ceridian's overall management and the business affairs and strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Scott practiced business law with one of Winnipeg's largest law firms, with an emphasis on sales and acquisitions, financing, insolvency / receivership and commercial leasing.
Scott was a sessional instructor in the area of Business Law for the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba for many years. He also served on the executive of the Business Law Subsection of the Manitoba Bar Association. He received his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1994, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1995.
Ted Malley is Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the customer-driven growth engine at Ceridian which includes sales, marketing, customer success, strategic partnerships, and global strategy.
With over 25 years in the HCM software industry, Ted combines his personal passion for helping people, with a solid technical understanding, and operational experience to drive successful outcomes for Ceridian’s customers. Before joining Ceridian, Ted co-founded RelatedMatters, Inc. and developed the mobile app TeamRelate, which was acquired by Ceridian in March 2015. Prior to that, Ted held various executive operational roles at Ultimate Software for 17 years.
Ted holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
Warren is the Chief Information Officer at Ceridian. He is responsible for the organization’s global information technology requirements and leads the design, delivery and management of Ceridian’s technology infrastructure. Additionally, he supports and helps grow Ceridian’s business with IT excellence to ensure compliance, protection and security for all data. Warren’s strategic initiatives prioritize performance, scalability and responsiveness for the company and customers focused on improved service delivery, self-service capabilities and agile business models for cloud solutions.
Warren was previously co-founder and vice president of infrastructure and compliance at Dayforce. Prior to that, Warren was a co-founder of Workbrain, where he held several positions in senior management. With over 16 years of industry experience, Warren has held leadership roles at a variety of leading technology companies.
Warren attended York University in Toronto.
