XOXO Customer Success Program Terms & Conditions
The Ceridian XOXO Customer Success Program (Ceridian XOXO) is an invitation only group intended to provide a place for Ceridian customers to connect with other Ceridian Customers and earn points and rewards. The Ceridian XOXO Customer Success Program offers the opportunity to promote your successes, increase your professional social media presence and achieve recognition as thought leaders within the community. You can participate in a variety of networking activities.
In addition to the general Ceridian Terms and Conditions of Use, the following terms govern your participation in the program and use of the Ceridian XOXO website.
Membership
Ceridian XOXO membership is limited to natural persons who are Ceridian customers. Enrollment, membership and all related benefits of Ceridian XOXO are offered at our discretion. In accepting to join or continue your Ceridian XOXO membership, you acknowledge that Ceridian assumes no legal responsibility to you. New members to the Ceridian XOXO Customer Success Program can only be invited by Ceridian XOXO administrator(s) and Ceridian XOXO reserves the right to remove any member at its discretion.
Ceridian specifically reserves the right to alter, withdraw or terminate any Ceridian XOXO program, benefit or award with or without notice. Any such changes may affect Ceridian XOXO Points which a member has already accumulated as well as any future accumulation of Ceridian XOXO Points. Ceridian assumes no liability to members whatsoever, including without limitation, liability as a result of changes to or termination of Ceridian XOXO, or any other loss, injury or damage caused by any rewards supplied or requested in connection with Ceridian XOXO.
Government Officials, as that term is defined in Ceridian’s Anti-Corruption Policy, are not permitted to participate in the rewards portion of the XOXO program.
Points
Points and rewards will be awarded at Ceridian XOXO sole discretion and point value is subject to change. Ceridian XOXO Points have no monetary value whatsoever and will not under any circumstances form the basis of a monetary claim against Ceridian. The accumulation of Ceridian XOXO Points does not entitle members to any vested rights and, in accumulating Ceridian XOXO Points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award, award level, premium or other benefit.
Ceridian XOXO Points or rewards are personal and cannot be transferred and any assignment or transfer in violation of these rules will be void and may, at the discretion of Ceridian, result in the loss of membership or the cancellation of the affected reward or Ceridian XOXO Points.
Member Content
As a member of the Ceridian XOXO you may choose to post to the internet. Ceridian XOXO reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion; however, Ceridian XOXO is not responsible for any content posted by you or other members of the program.
You may not post any materials or comments that fall into any of the following categories:
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Publish, post, distribute, or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information.
Upload or attach files that contain software or other materials protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer.
Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Ceridian owns all content on the Ceridian XOXO website or otherwise presented in the program, including but not limited to content provided by members. For example, from time to time, you may be asked to provide information, via the challenges. If you choose to provide this information, or any other content, you grant Ceridian XOXO all rights therein, including, but not limited to the right to use in the advertising and promotion of Ceridian products and services without further approval.
Privacy
General
Members shall be responsible for any taxes or other charges imposed governmental authority in respect to any rewards.
The Ceridian Program shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. You expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the courts of Minnesota, or any other judicial district or jurisdiction as Ceridian may determine in any and all actions, disputes, or controversies relating hereto. Any disputes regarding Ceridian Program or in any way arising out of Ceridian membership, including Ceridian XOXO Points accumulated or rewards claimed or received shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes.
No waiver by either Ceridian or you of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any provisions contained herein shall be determined to be void, invalid, or otherwise enforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such termination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein.
