Our priorities
Transparency and accountability are essential to Ceridian’s success. That’s why we developed a series of measurable targets to propel our work on ESG issues and to give our stakeholders an opportunity to evaluate our performance over time. These five pillars and 10 priority topics reflect our determination as an innovative and forward-thinking company. We believe these goals are ambitious but realistic, and we intend to make steady progress toward achieving them in the coming years.
Governance and trust
Ceridian’s Our Way values are essential to our culture. They’re the basis for our success and the guiding standards for how we run our organization. The sudden evolution into a new world of work has encouraged Ceridian to think big and be bold. We formed a new employee experience team to strengthen worker outcomes and support productivity and innovation, and we’re focused heavily on employee wellness and leadership learning development to ensure our people have everything they need to thrive.

Tech for good

Through corporate donations, employee-led fundraising, and staff volunteering, we're proud to contribute to the communities where we live and work. For a global company, localized giving takes on new meaning and its impact can be profound. Our Ceridian Cares foundation provides grants for food, clothing, shelter, and other needs that help individuals and families experience the quality of life they deserve.
