As the always on people platform for the global workforce, Ceridian is proud to be a recognized thought-leader in the new world of work. While we relentlessly innovate the solutions that enable organizations to change and adapt, we never lose sight of our values. We strive to hold ourselves accountable to our stakeholders and our communities in all we do, and we approach every task with accountability and transparency.
We work hard every day to meet and often exceed the expectations of our stakeholders.
Our success as a business requires the highest levels of performance and reliability of our products. It’s a standard that our customers expect and deserve, and we’re committing to pushing Dayforce’s uptime even higher—from 99.7% in 2021, to 99.99% within three years.
Nothing is more important to Ceridian than the protection of our customers’ data, and 2021 was a year of strong performance by our data security team. We’ve made great strides to keep this trend on track for the future, and we’re proud to report zero material data breaches last year.
Ceridian values diversity and aims to foster a culture that respects and celebrates everyone. Currently, nearly 38% of senior management roles are held by women, but we’re aiming for at least 50% by 2025.
Like many organizations, we recognize that more needs to be done—and we are committed to learning more and doing better. Our current underrepresented minority (URM) representation in management roles is about 11.9%. We know we can do better and we’re aiming for at least 17.7% by 2025.
At Ceridian we truly care how our employees feel about our company. They’re the heart of our company and the reason for our current success. We’re very proud of our current eNPS of 47. This score may be just a number, but we see it come to life in employee loyalty, engagement, and enthusiasm. We aim to maintain this score at or above 40 as we welcome colleagues from recently acquired large companies.
Uncovering bias and ensuring objectivity is an impactful use of intelligence insights. Dayforce DEI Intelligence is designed to help organizations better understand where to focus their efforts in solving the DEI challenge. As this new technology gets deployed, we want 20% of our Dayforce customers using it to strengthen their workforces.
With a focus on “giving where we’re living”, our people actively seek to improve the lives of others in their communities and beyond. 35% of our workforce participated in giving and volunteering activities in 2021, and we intend to grow it to 50% over the next three years.
Measuring and reducing our greenhouse gas emissions is critical to the protection of our planet. In 2021, Ceridian’s Scope 1 & 2 emissions—excluding recently acquired companies—were 5,632 mtCO2e, a significant decrease from 2019 that was impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re committed to reducing them even further and achieving a 42% reduction before 2030 from a 2019 baseline.
