Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company announces it has been certified as a GREAT WORKPLACE after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
“Congratulations to Ceridian Canada on their certification,” says Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work. “While there is no single best way to create an enviable workplace environment, Ceridian has managed to create a culture where employees trust in the leadership, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people with whom they work.”
“Underlying our culture of excellence is our people,” says Lisa Sterling, Chief People Officer, Ceridian. “Our brand promise at Ceridian is ‘Makes Work Life Better’. It is at the heart of everything we do as an organization, and is what drives each of us. To deliver on that promise we constantly evaluate our strategies, tools, techniques and programs and deeply value our peoples’ honest and transparent feedback through Great Place to Work.”
“Our cultural transformation began with our people, our values and our leaders,” says David Ossip, CEO of Ceridian. “It is also at the heart of our own technology, Dayforce Human Capital Management. Dayforce is a large part of our transformation and has led the way in creating the world-class, performance culture that we’re experiencing, today. Having said that, I share in our people’s enthusiasm for the organization and what we’ve managed to achieve together.”
