HR transformation is necessary for organizations to succeed amid rapid and complex changes in the world today. Eric Glass, Ceridian’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, shares why Ceridian Summit is a must-attend event for leaders to take the first steps in launching that transformation.
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
One of my favorite parts of my role is speaking with our customers around the globe about their businesses. Despite differences in geography, industry, and size, I see a common thread in these recent conversations – the increasing complexity of the challenges they face.
The speed of change is something we have talked about for years. It is not abating, it is accelerating. And success demands that organizations continually embrace this change – leading with agility and innovation.
HR, finance, operations, and IT leaders hold a critical role in organizational transformation. When done right, they can unlock quantifiable value for their businesses by evolving people processes, strategies, and technologies.
Our Ceridian Summit, kicking off in Chicago on May 9 and coming to Atlanta on June 8, will bring these leaders together to connect, learn, and share insights on today’s complex world of work.
Bring your vision to life
At Ceridian Summit, our goal is to help you launch your HR transformation. It’s a place where you can take the first step in bringing your human capital management (HCM) vision to life. Here you can learn what an HCM platform can now make possible – both from the people who created the technology and those who have used it to solve significant business challenges.
To date, nearly 6,000 customers around the world use Dayforce, our single cloud platform for HCM, to transform their HR and payroll processes and create experiences their people love. See for yourself the different real-world scenarios where Dayforce innovations can help your organization achieve its goals.
Connect with peers
After so many pandemic-era event cancellations, I think we can all agree that it still feels great to be together in person. The experience of meeting face-to-face is unmatched.
Ceridian Summit gives you a meaningful opportunity to expand your network. Connect with peers, share your challenges and victories, and likewise learn from theirs. This connection and exchange of ideas can set up your HR transformation for incredible success.
Discover new solutions
David Ossip, our Chair and Co-CEO, will personally demonstrate Ceridian’s technology at Ceridian Summit. Leading the Dayforce Showcase, he will show you how Dayforce can help you manage your workforce to increase your organization’s performance, resilience, and growth.
You can also learn how Dayforce continues evolving to drive success and value for our customers in the ever-changing world of work. See all the latest Dayforce innovations in action and find out why Ceridian has been named a Leader in the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises for three consecutive years.
Hear from HR leaders
We are pleased to welcome several Ceridian customers and industry experts to the Ceridian Summit stage to share their Dayforce experiences and thought leadership. Their stories of the power of a single HCM system and the value of partnering with Ceridian are ones I think you will want to hear.
In addition, you can learn how to maximize your HCM technology investment with Dylan Madonia, SVP of Services at Ceridian.
Ceridian’s purpose is to make work life better. We hope you’ll join us at Ceridian Summit in Chicago or Atlanta to see how we execute on that purpose to help you launch your HR transformation.
