Research: 2,000 leaders reveal organizations aren't quite disruption-proof

Ceridian’s 2022 Executive Survey of 2,000 global leaders shows today’s execs are confident about managing disruption. From data breaches to labor shortages to supply chain issues, most respondents (70%+) feel very or extremely confident in their organization’s ability to handle a variety of disruptions quickly. 

But our findings also show that organizations need to do more to build the change-ready culture, resilient leadership, and agile systems needed to be prepared for any disruption.
