The fall season is one of my favorite points of the year, because it means it’s time to come back together with our community of customers, partners, and industry leaders and explore what’s next in HCM at INSIGHTS 2023.
This year’s event couldn’t have come at a better time. We’re facing a generational moment of change – and opportunity – with the rapid acceleration of AI and the dynamic macro-economic environment. It’s the perfect moment to step outside of our daily work and dive deep into complex workforce challenges we all are facing, test-drive innovative technology, and get inspired for the future.

What is INSIGHTS?
INSIGHTS is our flagship annual customer conference. It’s four days of total immersion in expert-led demos, engaging keynotes, customer panel discussions, product deep dives, and live Dayforce training — all with the goal of helping you shape your workforce strategies and improve your day-to-day work life. This year we’ll be at the Wynn Las Vegas, bringing leaders together from around the world to share, learn, and inspire each other.
Highlights of INSIGHTS 2023
We have a packed agenda of great content and experiences planned for INSIGHTS. Attendees will have a chance to explore the Dayforce product roadmap, including AI-driven innovations designed to help simplify the challenges of today’s boundless workforce. As part of this, we’ll dive deep into how Dayforce is shaping the future of HCM, helping customers realise the full potential of their people, operate with confidence, and unlock more value.
As always, our customers will be front and center, sharing their experiences with Dayforce. Attendees can learn from their tips and stories to get the greatest value from Dayforce within their own organisations.
This year we’re also excited to host renowned actor Kevin Bacon for a conversation on the power of community and how it helped him achieve professional and personal successes. And you can have your own Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon moment with plenty of opportunities to make connections and build your network at our exclusive evening receptions.
New this year – Hands-on training
Every year when INSIGHTS wraps, we take your feedback to heart and start planning how we can take your experience to the next level. In that spirit, we’re launching expert-level Dayforce FIT (fast-paced, interactive training) sessions for power users at INSIGHTS. Even long-time users with advanced skills can learn new ways to create value with Dayforce through these sessions.
Additionally, we’re introducing our new Interactive Hands-on Labs. These sessions will be led by our product experts and are designed to teach attendees new skills and allow them to practice in real time.

Eric Glass is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Ceridian. In his role, Eric is responsible for driving awareness, market share, and growth across the business through global marketing and communications strategies. This includes product marketing, global brand, digital marketing, corporate communications, and corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Eric joined Ceridian in 2020 as Chief Communications Officer. Prior to that, Eric spent nine years at Workday, serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications, where he built and led the global communications function. Previously, he served in senior roles at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Edelman.View Collection
