David Ossip

Chair and Co-CEO

David Ossip is Chair and Co-CEO of Ceridian. Under David’s leadership, Ceridian is a recognized global leader in human capital management, powered by the award-winning Dayforce platform. David was the Founder and CEO of Dayforce, which Ceridian acquired in 2012. 

A transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur, David has more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful Human Capital Management (HCM) technology companies. 

He is the recipient of multiple leadership awards, including Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership and Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs. David also is an investor, advisor, and mentor in the Canadian business and technology communities.

David holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in econometrics from University of Toronto.

Leagh Turner

Co-CEO

Leagh Turner is Co-CEO of Ceridian and a member of the company’s board of directors. Leagh oversees the end-to-end operations and strong execution that are fundamental to Ceridian’s growth. Leagh joined Ceridian in 2018, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Leagh has been a leader and innovator in the software industry for more than 20 years, previously serving in senior leadership roles at SAP and Oracle, and has twice been recognized by the Women’s Executive Network as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women.

Leagh is a member of the boards of directors at Manulife, a leading international financial services group, and Plan International Canada, a global not-for-profit that focuses on improving lives of children around the world. She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women in leadership and a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce.

Leagh is a graduate of Western University in London, Ontario.

Sam Alkharrat

Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer

Sam Alkharrat is Chief Revenue Officer of Ceridian. Sam oversees the global sales team and has  responsibilities for fostering existing and prospective customer relationships globally.

An accomplished B2B software executive, Sam has over two decades of experience building and nurturing high-performance cultures at enterprise technology companies. Prior to joining Ceridian in 2023, he held senior roles at Workday, C3 AI, VMWare, SAP, and Cisco Systems.

Sam holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Toledo.

Chris Armstrong

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Chris Armstrong is Chief Operating Officer at Ceridian. Chris is responsible for driving scale, efficiency, and growth for Ceridian’s operations globally.  

Since joining Ceridian in 2004, Chris has held several leadership roles, including Chief Customer Officer, where he oversaw overall customer experience and satisfaction through his leadership of the Global Customer Office (GCO).  

Chris is an active supporter of Ceridian's charitable giving campaigns. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Eric Glass

Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Eric Glass is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Ceridian. In his role, Eric is responsible for driving awareness, market share, and growth across the business through global marketing and communications strategies. This includes product marketing, global brand, digital marketing, corporate communications, and corporate responsibility and sustainability.

Eric joined Ceridian in 2020 as Chief Communications Officer. Prior to that, Eric spent nine years at Workday, serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications, where he built and led the global communications function. Previously, he served in senior roles at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Edelman.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Alabama, and is based in London, UK.

Noémie Heuland

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Noémie Heuland is Chief Financial Officer at Ceridian. Noémie is responsible for the global finance functions, including investor relations, global financial strategy, financial planning, reporting and analysis, tax, treasury,  purchasing, and enterprise risk.  

Prior to joining Ceridian in 2020, Noémie was at SAP, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to SAP, she held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  

Noémie is a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and a founding board member of “La French Tech,” a French government and private sector partnership in Miami. She is a certified public accountant and has a master’s degree in management from Audencia Nantes School of Management.

Steve Holdridge

President, Customer and Revenue Operations

Steve Holdridge is President, Customer and Revenue Operations at Ceridian. In this role, he leads Ceridian’s customer and revenue functions globally, with a focus on driving a best-in-class customer experience with quantifiable value at every touchpoint.

Holdridge is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience driving sales and customer experience teams to success throughout his career.  Before taking on this expanded role, Holdridge was Ceridian’s Chief Customer officer. Prior to Ceridian, Holdridge held global leadership roles at leading technology firms including MicroStrategy, Infor, Oracle, and Price Waterhouse.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo and is former member of the TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association) Executive Advisory board.

Jeff Jacobs

Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting

Jeff Jacobs is Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Ceridian. He is responsible for global accounting, billing, collections, and reporting, as well as internal controls over financial reporting. 

Prior to joining Ceridian in 2015, he held senior accounting and finance roles at General Mills, Inc., and KPMG LLP. 

Jeff is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting) and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Joe Korngiebel

Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer

Joe Korngiebel is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Ceridian. Joe leads the company’s ambitious innovation strategy, designed to ensure its innovations continue to surpass customer expectations, disrupt the industry, and drive forward the company’s position as a world-class HCM partner. 

Prior to joining Ceridian in 2021, Joe served as Chief Technology Officer at Workday after a 14-year tenure that included roles as Senior Vice President of Experience Technology, Vice President of Mobile applications, and Founder of Workday Labs. A seasoned technologist, Joe has also held senior roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Joe serves on the board of directors of the PulsePoint Foundation, and holds a bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, and computer science from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, where he is also an industry advisory board member.

Donnebra McClendon

Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Donnebra McClendon is Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Ceridian. Donnebra is responsible for designing and driving policies and programs to ensure equity and fairness across the organization. Donnebra first joined Ceridian in 2004.  

Donnebra is passionate about cultivating a consciously unbiased and intentionally inclusive culture. She established a non-profit organization, Leaders are Readers, supporting literacy in the Tampa Bay area. 

Donnebra holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Bethune-Cookman University. She also received a diversity, equity, and inclusion certification from Cornell University, and is currently a doctoral student in strategic leadership at Carolina University.

Bill McDonald

Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary

As Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, Bill McDonald is responsible for Ceridian’s global legal activities and compliance programs, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, privacy, and product compliance.

Bill joined Ceridian in February 2016 as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, he was a partner with the law firms of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP and Fox Rothschild LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where his practice focused on advising public and private companies on corporate, securities, and transactional issues. Previously, Bill held leadership roles in the legal departments of Ceridian and SUPERVALU INC., and has served as a board member for Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, Second Harvest Heartland, Special Olympics Minnesota, and the Minnesota High Tech Association. 

Bill received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, and his undergraduate degree in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Stephen Moore

Managing Director, APJ

Stephen Moore is Managing Director, Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) at Ceridian. Stephen is responsible for the overall leadership of Ceridian’s operations in the Asia Pacific Japan region. His focus is to deliver world-class innovations and experiences to customers while helping them achieve quantifiable business value through the Dayforce platform.  

Steve joined Ceridian in 2019 after a nine-year career with SAP, most recently as the Executive Director for the Australia New Zealand region. He has held a range of senior executive positions throughout APJ including roles at Unisys, Lawson Software, Fujitsu Consulting, and PeopleSoft.  

Stephen holds a master’s degree in information technology from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Stephen also holds degrees in economic history and public administration and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Wendy Muirhead

Managing Director, EMEA

Wendy Muirhead is Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), at Ceridian, responsible for Ceridian’s revenue and strategic growth across the region.  

Wendy is a highly active member of the global human resources and payroll community, focused on driving value for customers as they manage global businesses with people in multiple territories and jurisdictions. Prior to Ceridian, Wendy held progressively senior roles at global HCM technology companies across Europe.  

Wendy holds a master’s degree in philosophy from Glasgow University.

Carrie Rasmussen

Chief Information Officer

Carrie Rasmussen is Chief Information Officer at Ceridian. Carrie leads all aspects of global Information technology at Ceridian with the objective of creating an optimized infrastructure and data strategy across all operations. Carrie joined Ceridian in 2021. 

Carrie is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise organizations. Previously, she was Chief Information Officer at The Save Mart Companies, and has also held senior leadership roles at Safeway Inc.  

Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and a master’s degree in agriculture business management from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Susan Tohyama

Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Susan Tohyama is Chief Human Resources officer at Ceridian. Susan is responsible for designing and driving the global people and culture strategy, including talent development, recruiting, diversity, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. 

Susan has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Ceridian in 2020, Susan held leadership roles at some of the world’s best-known multinational-brands across six continents, including Vice Media, Starbucks, the NBA, and Disney.  

Susan has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner who champions a people-centric culture built on diversity, equality, and opportunity.  She is most passionate about building collaborative, innovative organizations that are rewarding places to work. 

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Western University, in London, Ontario.

Erik Zimmer

Executive Vice President, Head of M&A and Investor Relations

Erik Zimmer is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor Relations at Ceridian. Erik has been leading Ceridian’s corporate strategic initiatives since 2018.

Erik has extensive experience in finance, operations, innovation, sales, and strategy. Prior to joining Ceridian, Erik served as a Managing Director of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., and as an operating advisor for numerous Fortune 1000 organizations. Since 2011, Erik has acted as a strategic advisor to Ceridian, and had deep involvement in the design and build of Dayforce technology. 

Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. He received his master’s degree in engineering, design, and operations management from McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University, and his Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
