Towers Watson survey finds challenges with performance management

Results from their 2015 Talent Management and Rewards Pulse Survey found that less than half (45 percent) of employers say that performance management programs are effective, and 56 percent say managers lack necessary skills and time to manage performance really well. Retention and engagement top of mind when designing leave programs

Employers know that leave programs play an important role in retaining and engaging top performers.
