PPACA court cases: Appeals court upholds constitutionality

Even better news for legislators and employers nationwide: the Supreme Court has officially agreed to hear the individual mandate lawsuit filed by 26 states and the National Federation of Independent Business. Federal government revokes CLASS Act

Due to financial roadblocks, the Obama administration shut down the CLASS Act, a portion of health care reform law that would have offered employees an additional disability insurance option.
