Designed to meet the Supreme Court’s mandates for a strong affirmative defense, the course provides both employees and supervisors with an understanding of the Company’s policy regarding discrimination and harassment in the workplace as well as instruction on how to identify behaviors or activities that are considered harassing or discriminatory.
