Ceridian's INSIGHTS Customer Conference

Ceridian's annual four-day customer conference offers attendees the opportunity to improve their knowledge of Ceridian solutions, enhance their careers and network with other HR/payroll professionals as well as Ceridian executives and product experts. The agenda includes comprehensive training, product demonstrations, personal and professional development sessions, state and federal compliance updates, and much more. Over 100 unique sessions on human resources, payroll, benefits and management/executive topics are typically offered each year.

In addition to providing training specific to Ceridian solutions, INSIGHTS offers built-in accreditation elements that help attendees advance their careers. Attendees can earn continuing education credits toward recertification for the American Payroll Association's Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designations. They can also earn recertification credit hours towards Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.

INSIGHTS also offers attendees the opportunity to earn a diploma through Ceridian University. Ceridian University is a comprehensive program that provides Ceridian product training in a variety of formats including Web-based, distance learning, self-study and classroom training.

INSIGHTS is held in mid-July in a different city each year. Past locations have included Orlando, FL; Hollywood, FL; New York City; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA, San Diego, CA and Denver, CO.
