FSA Employer Contribution Savings Calculator

Save money and increase employee satisfaction by offering your employees a Flexible Spending Account and establishing a "seeding" program to offset deductible increases. Use this calculator to determine how employer contributions can help you to save money and minimize the impact of rising insurance costs while still offering lucrative benefits packages to your employees and potential employees.

Current Deductible Offered is the Current Deductible Amount used by the Employer. If the employer currently has a $250 deductible and you want to increase it to $500, you would put the premium amount associated to the $250 deductible in the Current Deductible Offered fields and the premium amount associated with the $500 deductible in the New/Proposed Deductible fields.

Only use those fields associated with the plan you are proposing and those fields in black. Blue fields are calculation fields only.
