How do I use RSS?

How do I choose my content?
RSS (really simple syndication) is a free service you’ll find offered on the Ceridian Web site, which allows our Web site visitors to keep abreast of news and information in XML format ("RSS Content"). This means you get our latest content, as soon as we publish it, simply by using an RSS reader.
To start accessing RSS content, you’ll need an RSS reader, also sometimes called an aggregator. Browser-based RSS readers let you catch up with your RSS content subscriptions from any computer, while downloadable applications let you store them on your own personal computer.
