"For me being in HR, the best thing is the report capabilities that we have. And also the fact that we can track so much of what used to be on paper directly onto the system. As for time and attendance it's a lot easier to be able to know what your accruals are for your employees when you're doing 50 employees. It's easier being able to calculate accruals and who has to use what by when."
