Accessing HR/Payroll Training Information/Registering for Training

Ceridian offers a wide range of product-specific training opportunities to our HR/Payroll customers, including Web-based training modules, live and recorded Web seminars and instructor-led training classes at locations across the U.S. In order to access training information and enroll in training classes, you must register and log in to MyCeridian (www.myceridian.com).

To register on MyCeridian:

  1. Click Register now in the upper right-hand corner of any page.
  2. Provide your contact information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  3. Select a username and password.
  4. Check off I am a Ceridian client.
  5. In the Products section of the form, check off the Ceridian HR/Payroll system you are using.
  6. Provide your customer ID. For instructions on finding this number within your Ceridian system, click What's this? next to the customer ID field.
  7. Select your sales/training district from the choice list.
  8. Click Submit to save your information.

To access HR/Payroll training information and register for instructor-led classes:

  1. Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of any page.
  2. Enter your username and password and click Submit.
  3. On My Support page, click Ceridian University in the left-hand column of the page.
  4. On the Ceridian University page:
    • To access Web-based training modules, click Take a Web-based training course (WBT). Before beginning any WBT, please read the information about browser settings provided on the WBT page. Otherwise, your WBT assessments might not be properly recorded and sent to Ceridian.
    • To register for instructor-led training, click Enroll in an instructor-led training class. Select your nearest Ceridian location and your HR/Payroll system from the choice lists and click Show available classes. To register for a class, click its Register link and complete and submit the form. You'll receive a confirmation from the local training consultant.

Already registered on MyCeridian but not seeing a Ceridian University link on My Support page?
Check your registration profile - chances are that you didn't select an HR/Payroll product and provide the required information when you registered.

To check your profile:

  1. After you log in, click My Profile in the upper right-hand corner of any page.
  2. Ensure that you have checked off I am a Ceridian client.
  3. In the Products section of the form, check off the Ceridian HR/Payroll system you are using.
  4. Provide your customer ID. For instructions on finding this number within your Ceridian system, click What's this? next to the customer ID field.
  5. Select your sales/training district from the choice list.
  6. Click Submit to save your changes and Continue to return to My Support page.
  7. You should now see support and training links for your HR/Payroll system.
