"Ceridian customer support at year end really helped us. There was a payroll that I had to run as the payroll backup person and when I did, it kind of bombed out. It didn't pick up all the pay codes, so we had to immediately contact the support team. They reversed it out and then ran it overnight. The support rep kept in contact with me every 10 minutes over a Saturday - she was calling me from her home. So we got really good benefit and feedback from them as far as where our payroll was."
