Project Survey Portal: A new tool for submitting HR/payroll project requests
Need a change to your general ledger or a new interface to your third-party vendor? We're ready to help you! With Ceridian's new Project Survey Portal, HR/Payroll customers will soon be able to request special projects online from the MyCeridian Web site.
"We have developed this new online tool to provide our customers with an easier way to ask for project requests," explains Annette Doré, a service operations support manager at Ceridian. "Customers no longer need to call the customer care center. We've eliminated the 'middleman' so the requests go directly to the team responsible for carrying out these initiatives. This will ensure accuracy and a timely turnaround." The Project Survey Portal streamlines this process by collecting thorough information up front so we can quickly assign the appropriate resources to carry out the request in less time. How to use this toolThis tool takes the guesswork out of determining what information is needed for a particular project because the online application takes you through a series of questions to gather all of the necessary information. To take advantage of this tool, you'll need to register on the MyCeridian Web site and then follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have submitted a request, you will receive a confirmation from Ceridian and a project tracking number. In addition, we will provide you with standard cost estimates and turnaround times for your special request. The Project Survey Portal will be launching soon on the My Support page on MyCeridian. Ceridian will be sending an email announcement to customers when this is available.
