INSIGHTS 2007: A fairy tale training experience

Once upon a time, Ceridian offered fairy tale training through a conference called INSIGHTS. This event brought nearly 800 customers to Kissimmee, Florida, in July for five days of hands-on product training, professional development and networking.

What is INSIGHTS?
INSIGHTS is Ceridian's annual training event available exclusively for our customers. Each year, the conference offers over 100 training sessions to help customers expand the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers. With multiple training tracks, customers are able to select from a variety of sessions that are relevant to their jobs and the Ceridian products their organizations use. Areas of focus include:

• HR administration
• Payroll, compensation and tax
• Multinational
• Compliance
• Professional development

Highlights from INSIGHTS 2007
With its fairy tale theme this year, INSIGHTS offered a storybook setting for customers to experience meaningful training.

In addition to great training, customers were able to share their opinions with Ceridian by attending discussion groups. The opportunity allowed attendees to become involved with the Ceridian product planning and design processes.

Those who visited the Solutions Wonderland entered into a world straight out of Alice in Wonderland. This component of the conference gave customers the chance to get one-on-one support from Ceridian product experts and also learn about all the different products and services available to them.

And customers received the royal treatment at the Snow White Ball. This celebration on the final night offered a memorable experience. Conference attendees had the opportunity to relax and enjoy a fun-filled night of entertainment including dancing, decorating mirrors, making music videos, getting their picture taken with fairy tale characters and having their fortunes told.
