We're listening: HRO launches Customer Advisory Board

Part of Ceridian's philosophy has always been to actively listen to our customers' needs and wants. Using this valuable information, we implement new solutions, modify existing solutions and build improved processes to better serve our customers. Following in the footsteps of Ceridian's HR/Payroll service, the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business will formalize this feedback and collaboration through a newly formed HRO Customer Advisory Board (CAB).

What makes up Ceridian's HRO Customer Advisory Board?

Ceridian HRO has defined its Customer Advisory Board as:

  • A group of customer executives that will meet regularly over a two-year term to provide feedback, insight, guidance and governance.
  • A group that represents expertise in their company and in their field which allows for input and knowledge to service enhancement priorities.
  • A group that is open to exploration of strategic initiatives and innovative solutions for the good of the partnership.

We have invited this group of executives to provide guidance and support on issues critical to Ceridian's customers. Not only will they provide feedback on their experiences, but they will also share and gain insights on the evolving needs of the HRO business. They will participate in research and help define potential opportunities. Together we will explore trends that impact the HRO model and work to ensure continued quality of service.

The CAB also provides a great opportunity for its members to network with like-minded executives from other companies using Ceridian's HRO solutions. Through the valuable input and information sharing, we can:

  • Specifically identify leading business and HR challenges.
  • Create and pursue industry leading solutions to core HR service requirements.
  • Establish customer-driven prioritization of service enhancements and new service opportunities.

The HRO CAB will hold its first meeting this July at Ceridian's annual customer conference, INSIGHTS. In addition to the CAB meeting, the members will have an opportunity to attend some of the INSIGHTS sessions.

Keith Strodtman, senior vice president and general manager of Ceridian HRO, shared, "I am very happy to be launching our inaugural Customer Advisory Board. It will be a great forum for sharing, collaborating, networking and gaining insights on the evolving needs of our customers. We regularly communicate on a company-by-company level, but to have the opportunity to meet with multiple customers and hear their dialogue will be immensely valuable."
