Ceridian Time & Attendance customers have a wide array of
high-quality training options

If your organization uses Time & Attendance, we want to make sure that your company gets the most out of its powerful features and capabilities. To ensure your success, Ceridian makes a wide variety of training options available for people at every level of your organization.

Intensive hands-on training
The most highly detailed training option, suitable for your system administrator or anyone at your organization who has key responsibility for the technical aspects of the package, is given live at the Ceridian Training Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

"This is a three-day, hands-on, very intensive training course," explained Beth Kaufman, Ceridian training consultant. "Participants are provided with workstations, and, through a combination of lecture, live demonstration and hands-on lab work, they learn to configure the system and build their own database from the ground up. It is a key step in becoming self-sufficient with this powerful, time-saving product."

Best of all, Kaufman notes, all new Time & Attendance customers get a free seat at the three-day hands-on training course -- a $1,200 value.

In addition to new customers, this is also the training course for any customer who finds themselves in a personnel bind due to turnover. "It's not uncommon to hear from customers 'I just lost my system administrator, what do I do?'" said Emily Byrnes, Ceridian training consultant. "But that's no problem. Just send your new administrator to this course and they'll be a Time & Attendance pro in no time."

Online training
In addition to the intensive classroom course, Ceridian also offers several regularly scheduled live Web seminars, which use Centra distance learning technology to create a virtual classroom, allowing for full collaboration with instructors and fellow participants from around the country.

According to Byrnes, these powerful classes encompass several distinct topics, including accruals, imports and exports, occurrences and a super user module designed to train the trainer at your company on supervisor and employee operations.

All new Time & Attendance customers are entitled to three free seats at a super user session. In addition, customers who purchase beyond the base module are also entitled to a limited number of free seats to any other session of their choice that corresponds to the product package they purchase. For example: purchasers of base + accruals or base + occurrence courses receive two additional free seats, while purchasers of base + accruals and occurrences receive four additional free seats.

General training for everyone
Other free training opportunities are available as well. Ceridian offers pre-recorded versions of these live sessions available to customers on our Web site, 24/7 at no cost. Also available at no cost is our high quality Time & Attendance Web-based training module, suitable for "everyone in your organization who turns in a time card. These self-study courses are not just accessible on our Web site, we can also provide them to you on CD-ROM to use conveniently on your own network," Kaufman added.

All schedules, enrollment information and instructions for accessing self-study courses are in the Time & Attendance section on the My Support page of www.myceridian.com, as well as other tools including instantly downloadable documents such as Time & Attendance user manuals, quick reference guides, program documentation and more. Be sure to log in and confirm that your profile includes your status as a Time & Attendance customer to get full access to all of these valuable resources.

Always responsive to the needs of our customers, Ceridian also has new, expanded training opportunities in the works. A new administrator operations course, geared to day-to-day users such as payroll or timekeeping professionals, is in development and should be available by mid 2007.
