Adoption administration
In response to your requests, LifeWorks now offers adoption administration services! Ceridian Adoption Administration is a new add-on service available to customers with Work-Life programs. With Adoption Administration, Ceridian helps ease the burden of paperwork and claims filing for individuals and couples in the process of adopting a child.

LifeWorks Online updates
Newly packaged content for caregivers
LifeWorks Online has newly packaged content available for people with caregiving responsibilities.

Family caregivers now have even better resources from Ceridian LifeWorks with newly packaged materials on LifeWorks Online. Users can click on the "Older Adults" link under the "How may we help you?" area to find holistic caregiving information. From our award-winning educational materials to Web workshops to recommended reading, a full range of caregiving information and support is now packaged together in one area of the site.

Also, clients who have Work-Life or integrated Work-Life and EAP can order a new packet of information called Caring for Aging Relatives. The packet includes CDs, several articles and worksheets with information specific to caring for older family members.

We hope a little content shuffling will make a big difference connecting caregivers to the resources they need most.

Podcasts!
LifeWorks Online now has podcast and RSS feed technology. See the new Podcasts area to find the first in a series on Simplifying Your Life: Prioritizing (10 minutes). You'll also find a series of helpful podcasts on stress that include a guided relaxation, tension relieving exercises and breathing techniques to help you better manage stress. With RSS technology, you can also subscribe to be notified when new topics are available.

New! Ceridian Training Reimbursement Program
Ceridian Training Reimbursement Program is a new referral service that can help stretch your training dollars. This program offers direct cash reimbursement for training costs from state and federal economic and workforce development programs.

Training reimbursement is available across the nation to help your organization develop quality training programs to support employee growth. Our services provide the knowledge, systems, technology and staff to support all state and federal contracts. If your training budget is tight, call your Ceridian representative to see if we can help make your dollars go further.

Two LifeWorks publications win print
communication awards
The LifeWorks booklets Taking Charge of Your Health and 10 Ways to Overcome Overload both won Awards of Distinction in the print competition of the 2007 Communicator Awards. LifeWorks customers can order these materials on LifeWorks Online. Other Ceridian customers can request samples or order copies through their Ceridian representative.

Leave Administration now fully integrated with
Ceridian Time
Ceridian Leave Administration is a system that manages employee requests for time off and gives employers maximum compliance and administrative savings. Leave Administration is being fully integrated with Ceridian Time & Attendance, automating employee time off requests with centralized tracking of employee hours and time. The integration of these two systems will save administration time, improve accuracy and eliminate the need for employee time and leave data to be administered separately.

Lactation program update
LifeWorks has a program that provides a premium breast pump, educational materials and consultation services to new and prospective moms. This program, Ceridian Corporate Lactation, was recently updated with unlimited in-bound calls to a lactation consultant. Previously, program users were allowed a specific number of calls. This program is available as a stand-alone product, although it's typically sold in addition to other LifeWorks services.
