Certification program underscores commitment to world-class service excellence
NASHVILLE at the 22nd APA Congress (April 27, 2004)—Ceridian, a leader in managed human resource solutions that maximize the value of people, announced the creation of Ceridian University, a training and development program for its employees and customers to provide industry and Ceridian product certification. In addition, the program offers service skills training for Ceridian customer service professionals, which directly supports the company's commitment to World-class Service Excellence. Ceridian introduced the initiative at the American Payroll Association's 22nd Congress in Nashville.
