Presented by:
Davis Klaila, Director, Market Strategy and Research
In today's competitive marketplace, a key measurement of success is determined by the talent pool within one's organization that not only meets their individual objectives, but also aligns with the organization's business strategy. Investment in people is strategic. And such investment clearly produces results. The return on investment for effective people management has been demonstrated time and again. The proof is found in philosophy, psychology and economic theory. The bottom line is that better managed companies significantly outperform the market.
"Employees who know their company initiatives are 38% more engaged; those who understand how they can achieve these initiatives are 68% more engaged."
