Presented by
Deepjot Chhabra, Senior Vice President - Product Strategy and Business Development, Enwisen and Barbara Levin, Vice President - Marketing, Enwisen

Do you know the fastest way to make your new hires productive? Engage with them before they arrive for their first day of work. Studies show that engaging employees from the moment they are hired - even before they walk in the front door - makes new hires productive sooner, reduces costs and improves retention.

The average company, in responding to new hire, provisioning, compliance, logistical and life issues, takes more than 40 days to get new employees up to productivity, while most employees who leave decide to do so in the first 6 months.

Join us for this one-hour Web forum and learn:
  • the importance of an onboarding strategy
  • how ineffective onboarding loses thousands of productive work days per year for employees and supervisors
  • how to use technology-based onboarding solutions to speed up time to productivity and increase employee retention

Web forum takeaways include:
  • Effective onboarding must include not only task and forms management, but most important, socialization.
  • Effective onboarding must start the day an employee is hired, and continue throughout the first critical months of their employment.
