Full Service HR Business Process Outsourcing: Why your competitors are doing it

Presented by: Eric Schuster, Senior Product Manager

Human resources professionals are daily being challenged with defining and executing programs that enable the business to achieve its objectives. Full service HR business process outsourcing (HRO) is one service transformation businesses can use to increase service levels for the employees, free resources to focus on strategic initiatives and manage on-going costs. In 2005, 38 of your competitors signed contracts for full service HR Outsourcing bringing the total contractual commitments for HR BPO to $17.24 billion and increasing the total number of employees serviced to four million.

Web forum attendees will learn in which industries HR business process outsourcing has been gaining acceptance, the HR BPO service delivery model and why companies are using an HR BPO provider.
