Presented by Rob Kramer, Senior Manager, Employee Effectiveness Product Management
It is estimated that presenteeism costs companies $150 billion annually.* How much of that is from your company? Attend this Web forum to find out how to manage the risk of presenteeism to workplace productivity.
Attendees will learn how integrated health and productivity management solutions address the root cause of absence and work to manage risk before it becomes a problem. This presentation will explore not only the trends and costs of employee absences today, but also the components, hallmarks and benefits of an integrated approach to health and productivity management.
Presenteeism is the complement of absenteeism and is defined as the measure of lost productivity cost due to employees actually showing up for work, but not being fully engaged and productive mainly because of personal health and life issue distractions.**
