Understanding the benefits of offering a Roth 401(k) starts with understanding how they differ from both Roth IRAs and traditional 401(k) plans.

Allison Dembeck is Manager, Government Relations, Ceridian Corporation. She has been with the company since August 2003 and focuses on pension, healthcare, and payroll compliance issues. In her role in Ceridian's Washington DC government relations office, Allison represents Ceridian in federal legislative and regulatory affairs meetings on Capitol Hill and with organizations such as the American Benefits Council (ABC), the Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).
