Project Manage Your Year-End

Presented by Ginny Elkins, Ceridian HRO Implementation Consultant

Attendees with responsibility for the management of year-end activities will gain tools to achieve an organized and well planned year-end effort. You will learn how to use a project management approach to define the major tasks, focus your resources and provide a structure for communication, ensuring you meet your year-end goals with less frustration.

This session builds on the premise that you know and understand your detailed year-end checklist.  We will review the next steps of how to begin the planning process and go through the four phases of creating a year-end project plan which includes initiation, planning, execution, and completion.
