About Barry A. Maxon
Barry Maxon is Enwisen's executive vice president of product strategy, and has more than 15 years experience in delivering HCM solutions that help companies maximize both their employee and HC software investments.

Prior to joining Enwisen, Barry was a Senior Associate at A.T. Kearny, a leading international management consultant firm. Barry earned a Masters of Management in Marketing, Management Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Barry graduated, cum laude, with a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Barry is a frequent author and speaker in the HR and Benefits industry.

About Barbara Levin
Barbara Levin is the vice president of marketing for Enwisen, and has 20 years experience in HCM software marketing and product strategy.  Prior to joining Enwisen, she was the president of Barbara Levin Associates, where she contributed to the start-up marketing success of industry leaders such as PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and Ramos & Associates, which became the ERP branch of CTP and SuccessFactors.

Barbara has spent thousands of hours conducting research with HR and Benefits professionals from companies of every size and industry, and offers strategic, up-to-date perspectives and strategies for executing on the key HCM challenges faced by today's Employers. Barbara has been a frequent speaker and author in the HCM industry.
