Welcome Reception: Sunday, July 13, 7:00 - 9:00 pm
The welcome reception is the perfect time to greet old friends and meet some new ones.
Opening General Session: Monday, July 14, 8:00 - 9:30 am
Meet your host for the week and our camp counselors who have some songs to sing around the campfire -- everyday issues and challenges come to life on our stage.
Closing Dinner: Wednesday, July 16, 6:30 pm
The final night is one of the highlights of the conference with entertaining camper activities geared toward spectators and participants alike. While dressing up is not required, we encourage you to come in camp attire for the closing dinner. You could show off your wilderness skills in head-to-toe outdoor gear, demonstrate your weather preparedness with a rain poncho, or simply add a bandana and sunglesses to one of our favorite outfits. And if you've saved those old scout badges, now is the time to wear them!
Solutions Wilderness Center
Staffed by Ceridian product and service pros, the Solutions Wilderness Center is where you can get one-on-one help for your payroll, human resources, network or tax filing questions from our expert hosts.
This is also the place to:

Your Conference Resources
How to Get the Most Out of INSIGHTS -- so much to see, so little time. Want to maximize your INSIGHTS conference experience? A must for first-time attendees, this session takes place on Sunday, July 13 at 5:00 pm in the National Harbor rooms (12-13).
Help Desk
If you need assistance identifying sessions most appropriate for you, stop by the Help Desk or the Ceridian University booth, located in the Solutions Wilderness Center. The Help Desk staff and Ceridian University training consultants can recommend sessions that meet your training needs and interests.
Share your INSIGHTS
There are many "voice of the customer" opportunities at the conference to provide direct input and feedback as you share your INSIGHTS. We encourage you to let your voice be heard as you share your thoughts, ideas and input in one or more of these activities.
Research kiosks
- Participate in marketplace studies regarding trends in the industry.
- Share your satisfaction by filling out a "net promoter score" survey.
Discussion groups
- Participate in small discussion groups of 10-15 customers.
- Get involved in Ceridian's planning process for products, service and operations.
- Sample topics include:
- Reporting; Power Query and Signature Web, Self-Service and Consolidated reporting
- Processes; New product implementation, Year-end and Year-begin, Project Work
