Carla Frederick joined Ceridian HRO in August of 2009 as vice president of HRO operations, bringing a wealth of experience in outsourcing administration. Carla spent the first ten years of her career at Prudential Financial, fulfilling various roles within the Retirement Services Group. While at Prudential, she managed large, complex retirement administration accounts and performed a number of leadership roles and activities in support of the Retirement Services Administration business. Carla later went on to join PwC and held operational leadership positions and performed account management functions within their Outsourcing Group. Carla was responsible for the operational and client management functions for some of PwC's largest benefit outsourcing clients. Most recently, Carla held the position of Senior Vice President of Defined Benefit Operations for Fidelity Investments where she achieved success in driving transformational improvements within Fidelity's DB operating environment, on behalf of Fidelity's largest defined benefit clients. Carla, her husband and two daughters, ages 12 and 7, reside in Raleigh, North Carolina.

As the leader of HRO Operations, Carla's primary objective is to drive continuous improvements in our processes, technology and controls. Her goal is to evolve the operating environment to one with greater automation, fewer manual processes and a team of associates that leverages best practices and experience to bring value to our HRO customers. Carla's prior experience in successfully transforming outsourcing operating environments and her first hand experience leading and managing large, complex client engagements, make for an exciting and valued addition to the HRO senior leadership team.
