Ceridian offers and regularly conducts both soft skills training, such as customer service excellence, and technical training on our range of HR Solutions. All new employees take part in a specialised Induction Programme, which includes data protection workshops and ethics training, in order to ensure high quality standards across our workforce.
In addition to this, Ceridian employees are offered training to improve their language skills in both written and spoken English.
At Ceridian we conduct our own internal training courses run by experts qualified via industry recognised institutions. We also have trainers from overseas, the UK, US or Canada, to deliver training locally in Mauritius. Employees often have the opportunity to go to these countries as well, for both secondments or for specific further training.
