Personal Accident Scheme

This is twenty four hour, seven days a week accident cover for all employees of Ceridian Mauritius Ltd. It is a free benefit that all employees enjoy from the day they join the company.

Medicaid

This is an insurance cover for all employees and members of their family for medical and surgical expenses. It is a free benefit available to all employees after successful completion of their probation period.

Pension Scheme

The Ceridian Pension Scheme was launched in January 2005. It is a contributory pension scheme, whereby Ceridian contributes double the amount of the employee payment. The scheme provides several additional benefits, such as free death cover and a soft loan facility.
