The Multinational Billing team (MNB) was set up in Mauritius in October 2005. Their main objective is to co-ordinate the finance function for the Multinational Service Centre, validating costs for services received. They also provide timely and accurate billing instructions for services provided and facilitate billing query resolutions for customers in thirty-one countries, exercising ISO compliance. The team is also involved in the process of providing management information, together with central finance reporting.
