The Mauritius Operations Team for the UK was set up in September 2002 with the main objective of providing support to Ceridian's UK Paycentres in their payroll processing task for UK companies. Two mains areas of the Mauritius operation are Back-office and Customer Support.
The Mauritius Operations Team for Canada was set up in November 2004 and supports the Canadian team in service delivery for payroll changes, managed HR data entry and data reporting.
The Mauritius Operations Team for the US was set up in October 2005 and supports the US team in the implementation of new clients (includes setting up companies and employees on our system and the updating of year-to-date figures) and also offers tax filing services.
