The Mauritius IT function consists of a number of top-quality IT professionals, dedicated to their field of expertise and customer service.

Our Application Development & Maintenance teams create and sustain web and Microsoft Windows® based applications, such as .Net, Siebel and Oracle. They use predefined, industry standard methodologies, frameworks and tools to continuously improve the effectiveness of Ceridian's IT development processes.

Our IT experts also work on customisation of systems, their configuration and implementation. We participate in building and implementing systems that are customised to meet our client's needs. We also have a dedicated team working on the development of reports, which are also specially customised to suit our clients needs. These include use of Crystal Reports® and Microsoft Services®.

The Software Testing team is part of a dedicated Quality Assurance team. They have a very strong focus on the quality of products delivered as part of the Ceridian brand. All the testing they do can be related back to continuous improvement activities that take place right across the Ceridian Corporation.

IT architects also work closely with Ceridian in the US and UK to define world class solutions that our technical experts then assist in developing for the global customer base.

Finally, our IT Support team manages a helpdesk which gives front line support to over 1000 users in Mauritius and the UK. Our helpdesk provides an end-to-end solution and also works as an agency for referrals within the UK engineering team. This central resource uses the latest technology to handle all customer support requests. PC and network solutions are offered to internal and external customers located on or offsite.
