In this edition of Health Care Compass we bring you information about the interim final regulations regarding annual and lifetime dollar limits and consumer protection requirements, including the prohibition on pre-existing condition exclusions and rescissions. Also, to help employers decide whether to retain grandfathered status or to make plan changes that would eliminate this status, we are providing a Health Care Compass Checklist. It includes action steps you can take to help you make your decision. In addition, we've included information on the new employer incentives for wellness programs and on the small business tax credits under health care reform.
