Tools A budget calculator, exercise guide and anatomy navigator are just a few of the interactive tools available to help employees take control of their lifestyles and keep track of their progress.
Assessments Health and lifestyle self-assessments are available to help employees identify and mitigate their risk for chronic health conditions, unhealthy behaviors, psycho-social stressors, work-life balance issues and more. An overall wellness assessment, the Health Risk Assessment, gives employees a comprehensive look at their health and suggests action steps to resolve any issues discovered. All assessments are secure, confidential and HIPAA and GINA compliant.
Health coaching For some health issues, one-on-one, personal support is needed to inspire major life changes. Our health coaching modules give employees the assistance they need, providing confidential online coaching from a health professional for four common issues: iCanQuit, for tobacco cessation; iCanChange, for weight management; iCanRelax, for stress management; and iCanThrive, for cardiovascular health.
