Ceridian XOXO Customer Success Program

Ceridian announced the winners of the 2017 Ceridian XOXO Awards during the company's annual customer forum, INSIGHTS 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The annual awards program recognizes organizations who have realized outstanding return on investment with Ceridian's products and services.

"Our customers are the best part of Ceridian and their success is our success," said Ted Malley, Chief Customer Officer, Ceridian. "Today we celebrate their achievements in driving real business outcomes for their organization. These companies are leaders in their field who have shared their experiences with us, helping inspire others to maximize the value of Dayforce human capital management technology. It's an honor to share in their accomplishments."

Customers representing a range of industries were nominated for a Ceridian XOXO Award in one of three categories including: Astounding Transformation; Employee Empowerment and Engagement; and Peace of Mind Compliance.

Submissions for the XOXO Awards were evaluated on one or more of the following metrics depending on the chosen category: operational efficiencies gained; increased productivity; reduced turnover/absenteeism; improved/measurable impact on employee engagement, and outstanding focus on compliance.

The 2017 Ceridian XOXO Awards Winners are:

  • Astounding Transformation: Rubio's Coastal Grill
    This award celebrates organizations that best demonstrate one or more of Ceridian's core brand attributes resulting in transformative results. For Rubio's, adoption of the Dayforce HCM platform led to the elimination of over 100,000 pieces of paper each year, and allowed them to grow their year-over-year headcount by 12 percent.
  • Employee Empowerment and Engagement: Houston Texans
    This award honors significant changes to HCM processes that improve the employee experience and overall employee wellness. The Houston Texans embraced new features and functionality within Dayforce Workforce Management, such as access to real-time data, enabling greater efficiency and improved mobile access for traveling players and staff.
  • Peace of Mind Compliance: Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island
    This award celebrates significant changes to HCM processes to improve compliance. Ceridian's Dayforce HCM enabled Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island to create a form and workflow that reduced steps, manual entry and room for error, streamlining processes and boosting efficiency.
  • Global Transformation: Optus
    This award honors an organization that has significantly transformed HR processes on a global scale. Optus, a large telecommunications company based in Australia, overhauled their manual scheduling processes. This allowed them to assign the right number of staff to the right stores at the right time, which improved employee retention and overall customer satisfaction.
