Ceridian announced 2015 XOXO Awards at the company’s annual customer forum, INSIGHTS 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The annual awards recognize customers who have realized outstanding results leveraging a combination of Ceridian products, services, best practices and human capital management technology. Customers representing a range of industries were nominated for a Ceridian XOXO Award in one of four categories.

Lumber Liquidators for increased visibility to their labor force enabling a streamlined payroll process and resulting in improved productivity and efficiencies.

Employee Development and Engagement
Kenosha County, Wisconsin for transitioning from a legacy mainframe payroll processing to a single, easy to use application for Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll.

Joan is the Global HRMS/Payroll Director at Prometric, based in Baltimore, Maryland. Prometric is a test development and delivery provider to more than 350 organizations worldwide, and has over 2,500 employees across 14 countries. Joan joined the Customer Success Program in June of 2013. Since then, she has proven herself to be a thought leader by sharing her experiences via peer engagement calls, a case study and a video testimonial. She has also volunteered to speak at Ceridian’s annual user conference, INSIGHTS. Joan is extremely active in providing product feedback to Ceridian’s Product Management team through her participation on our Customer Advisory Board and as a charter customer for Dayforce ConnectedPay.
