Ceridian to Release Second Quarter 2007 Earnings Report

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - July 23, 2007 - Ceridian Corporation (NYSE: CEN) will report its earnings for the second quarter of 2007 before the market opens on Thursday July 26, 2007. In light of the Company's pending merger with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. and Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), Ceridian will not host a conference call relating to its second quarter 2007 financial results.
