Understanding the New COBRA Subsidy Law Under ARRA

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) introduced significant new changes to COBRA health care continuation coverage. To help employers understand the impact of ARRA, Ceridian held free Web forums in late March and early April.
