Are you a user of Dayforce? You can request Support with Dayforce HCM

If you are not a user of Dayforce, contact your employer's HR/Payroll department. Your employer's HR/Payroll department is the best resource for assistance logging in or with questions about your payroll, earnings statements, timecards, employee self-service and W-2s. Your employer's intranet may provide links, help documents and contact information. Employee-level data such as login credentials cannot be accessed by Ceridian, for your safety and confidentiality. If you are a current or former employee of a Ceridian customer, your employer's HR/Payroll department can assist you with any payroll, time or W-2 related issue. Where appropriate, your HR/payroll department will work with Ceridian to resolve your issue.

For both current-year and past-year W-2s, your best source is your employer's/former employer's HR/Payroll department for help accessing your W-2. You can also check your company intranet or HR portal for resources and links.

COBRA

Ceridian COBRA and Benefits Billing services ended operations on March 31, 2016 for all clients and participants.

COBRA Participants:
Participants should contact Ceridian at 800-877-7994 with questions about services prior to your transition date.  Call center services will be available until May 31, 2016.  The call centers will be operating with reduced staffing, so participants will be provided the option to leave a voice message and have someone respond later.   After May 31, 2016 all calls will route to voice message. 

Participants should contact WageWorks/ CONEXIS for assistance with your account after your transition date. Login to your online account at mybenefits.wageworks.com and click the Message Center tab. You can send a message through your online account or call CONEXIS at the number listed under Contact Information.
